- 80 gram powdered sugar

- 3 tablespoon unflavoured cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For chocolate ganache
- 100 gram fresh cream
- 200 gram dark chocolate compound

- Firstly, line a baking tin with oil and parchment paper and on the other hand keep a large heavy bottom kadhai or pan on gas stove with salt in it. In a bowl add the coffee powder to warm water and let the coffee powder dissolve completely. Now add the oil and vanilla essence and powdered sugar to the mixture. Whisk well together for about a minute Or until the sugar dissolves completely



- Sift all the dry ingredients that is the whole wheat flour, baking soda,coco powder, and salt together into the liquid mixture. Mix all together with the help of spatula. Do not over mix the mixture. Pour the cake batter in the lined tin and keep it in the pre heated kadhai, cover the top, and bake on medium to high flame for 20-25 mins. Check with a skewer for clean bake and then turn off the flame. Let it sit in the kadhai for 10 mins.then get it on wire rack and allow it to cool for 30 mins
